Also called ‘Chinese evergreens’, Aglaonema are a wonderfully diverse and colourful range of leafy plants. Their foliage can be striking mottled mixtures of red, pink, silver, green, yellow or cream.

- Water: Prefer only slightly moist soil. Allow to dry out between watering.
- Temperature: Around 18OC.
- Ultimate Height: No taller than 3ft.
- Pot Size: 6cm.
NASA has placed the Aglaonema on its list of clean air plants because of the plant’s natural ability to remove benzene are formaldehyde from air sources.
